We understand the needs of growing companies because we ourselves are a growing company. In 2007, Tarter Krinsky & Drogin had 16 attorneys and five practice areas. Today we have more than tripled our size, with more than 75 lawyers and 20 practice areas.

Our GOAL Program (which stands for Go Out Learn and Lead) encourages all attorneys and staff to identify a professional goal or learning objective each year. The firm then supports their plan through providing marketing and human resources support, covering expenses for courses, certifications, registrations, etc. Goals have included public speaking and time management training, business development coaching and language lessons among others – anything for the betterment of people and how we approach our clients’ work.
Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has developed a number of initiatives to give our lawyers the tools to succeed in lead generation and client retention. The cornerstone of these efforts is a business development Pipeline Program. Participants in this program, who range from first-year associates to senior partners, meet together monthly to brainstorm leads, discuss tactics and outreach, and report back on their progress and roadblocks. The program also focuses on best practices in cross-selling, client service and in-person and online networking. The Pipeline program strives to provide our lawyers with the critical skills they will need today and tomorrow to generate new business and develop stronger professional relationships. The program has led to our lawyers obtaining new engagements and strengthened relationships in just one year since its inception, and we look forward to our lawyers’ continued success.
