- Michael Camporeale works with a broad range of clients, including developers, real estate owners and investors on matters related to the acquisition, development and sale of real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements as well as joint venture agreements. He also represents clients in construction matters, including zoning, land use and building code related matters. He advises developers and real estate owners in regulatory matters and litigation involving real estate and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, commercial and residential landlord tenant disputes, and construction litigation. In addition, he counsels commercial real estate owners in summary dispossess proceedings.
- Joel Rosner represents clients in commercial, intellectual property and defamation litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. With a strong understanding of his clients’ business needs, he assists in complex litigation matters concerning trademark, copyright and patent rights, contract disputes, fraud and other business torts and employment issues. He also counsels clients with respect to their intellectual property rights and employee benefits.
These promotions follow a dynamic period of strategic growth for Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as the firm strengthens its offerings to clients. In 2018, the firm added five lawyers from the prominent litigation boutique Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer LLP, which included four litigators and one transactional attorney, including highly regarded commercial litigator Richard Williamson.
