Spyros’ practice focuses on office and retail leasing, commercial financing and lending, and sports law. He represents clients on transactional matters, including leasing transactions for offices, retail stores and other retail uses. Spyros handles commercial real estate financing, including acquisition, construction, project and mezzanine loans, and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and in hospitality, food and beverage transactions.
