Jeanette Baiardi - Associate
 Jeanette Baiardi is an Associate at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. She practices in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions. Her broad range of experience includes mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of entities, joint venture, teaming arrangements, commercial sales and service agreements, information technology and e-commerce development and licensing, procurement and outsourcing, construction agreements and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Ms. Baiardi was an associate at the New York law firm of Elias Group LLP where she was an integral part of the firm‘s corporate transactional team. Previously, she served as a law clerk at a New York-based litigation boutique, where she participated in the resolution of intellectual property disputes.
Ms. Baiardi earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, where she was a member of the Pace International Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science degree from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
