Peter Campitiello is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of public companies and those in the process of going public in the high technology and life sciences industries, as well as the venture capital and private equity firms that support them. He has represented numerous companies in going public transactions, at times from organization through initial financings and securities listings.

Mr. Campitiello routinely serves as outside general counsel to both public and private companies, acting as a key advisor to management on all aspects of their business plans, structuring financing, key acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as handling ongoing corporate governance and securities issues and a wide range of regulatory matters.

In providing proactive and business-focused solutions, Mr. Campitiello works to leverage Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s broad network of funding, marketing and support firms for the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Campitiello is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Before joining TKD, Mr. Campitiello was a Partner at Levy & Boonshoft, P.C., where he practiced corporate and securities law.
