Peter Campitiello - Partner
 Peter Campitiello is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of public companies in securities laws compliance, corporate governance and transactional matters, including “reverse merger” transactions, public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations and restructurings.
Instilled with a determination to find novel solutions to the unique challenges emerging growth and microcap companies encounter, Mr. Campitiello counsels public and private entities in a wide range of regulatory matters. His clients also include venture capital firms, investment banks and private investment funds.
Before joining TKD, Mr. Campitiello was a partner at Levy & Boonshoft, P.C., where he practiced corporate and securities law. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
A graduate of LaSalle University, Mr. Campitiello received his J.D. from New York Law School.
