Ira Drogin - Counsel
Ira Drogin serves as Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. Mr. Drogin specializes in the fields of labor relations and alternative dispute resolution, particularly arbitration and related litigation.

Mr. Drogin serves as arbitrator to the hotel and restaurant industry in New York City, and is a panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the New York Employment Relations Board and various other private and public    alternative    dispute    resolution organizations. He was previously a partner in the New York law firm, Drogin & Drogin.

He argued the case of Fall River Dyeing & Finishing v. NLRB, one of the leading cases in the area of successorship in labor law and in the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Drogin earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brooklyn College. He is admitted to practice in New York as well as various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
