 Lester A. Greenberg is Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. He serves clients in the real estate and investment adviser communities. He also has extensive experience in general commercial practice and is counsel to several prominent families
Before joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Mr. Greenberg was a partner at Greenberg & Kahr for 13 years, and prior to that a partner at Greenberg Kaufman & Goldstein for more than 25 years representing investment advisers with both retail and institutional clients. He was the attorney for Neuberger Berman Pension Management (from inception to when it had more than $40 billion under management) and was active in the Securities Industry Association Law Committee.
In the real estate field, Mr. Greenberg has been the attorney for a real estate development company that built more than 1,000 residential condominium units in New York suburbs.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Mr. Greenberg earned his LLB at Columbia Law School.
