Thomas G. Huszar – Counsel
Thomas G. Huszar is Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in the Corporate and Securities and Cooperative and Condominium Practice Groups. His practice focuses on business and general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability and partnership law, formation and growth of emerging companies, joint venture formation, and cooperative and condominium law. He counsels principals and management of public and private companies on a variety of operational and strategic matters and enjoys serving as primary outside corporate counsel to emerging and early-stage companies.  Mr. Huszar also acts as outside general counsel to New York City cooperatives and condominiums.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huszar was Counsel at Braverman & Associates, P.C., and an associate in the New York City offices of national law firms Jones Day and Parker Chapin LLP (n/k/a Troutman Sanders LLP) where he helped negotiate and close more than fifty transactions. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mr. Huszar earned his JD from Washington University School of Law, where he won the ABA Negotiation Competition. He also earned an MBA from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business and was twice awarded a Scholar in Business scholarship.

When not in the office, Mr. Huszar enjoys cooking, golf, tennis and water sports on the north shore of Long Island where he resides with his wife and two children.
