Frank H. Klein is Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. He has more than four decades of experience advising high net-worth individuals on estate planning and protection of assets.
Mr. Klein offers services ranging from straightforward plans for U.S. citizens and non-citizens involving only wills and living trusts, through more complex plans utilizing sophisticated tools such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and self-canceling installment notes.
From 1970 to 2005, Mr. Klein was a member of a firm that came to be known as Bangser Klein Rocca & Blum LLP, where he headed the trusts and estates practice for decades. Immediately prior to joining TKD, Mr. Klein ran a solo, boutique trusts and estates practice.
Mr. Klein is a member of the American Bar Association (Committee on Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Courts, 1982-85), Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association and Virginia Bar Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Klein is a movie buff, sports fan and crossword puzzle addict, and does a lot of reading.
