David N. Kleinmann - Associate
 David N. Kleinmann is an Associate at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. Mr. Kleinmann focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, and he has represented clients in numerous matters involving breach of contract, labor, employment, unfair competition, fraud, real estate, construction disputes and partnership disputes. He has also participated on real estate matters including commercial leasing, land development and landlord-tenant disputes.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Mr. Kleinmann was an associate at the law firm of Stewart Occhipinti, LLP. Mr. Kleinmann earned his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Kleinmann also earned an Award for Excellent Acheivement in the Study of Sports Industry and Business Practices from Marquette University School of Law.
Mr. Kleinmann has been published in Marquette University School of Law, National Sports Law Institute’s For the Record.
Mr. Kleinmann earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with cum laude honors from Boston University. Mr. Kleinmann is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar.
