Andrew Koerner is Counsel to Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP’s Immigration Practice Group. He represents individuals, small business owners and large multinational corporations.
Mr. Koerner has extensive experience helping companies expand into the United States by attaining and keeping a competitive workforce. He counsels clients on:
- Employment-based immigration visas, including PERM labor certification applications, transfer of managers and executives in multinational corporations, extraordinary ability petitions and national interest waiver petitions.
- Non-immigrant visas for citizens of other countries who are coming to the United States temporarily, including work, investment, student, trainee program, extraordinary ability and tourist visas.
- Family-based immigration.
- Citizenship matters.
Mr. Koerner is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
