Andrew N. Krinsky - Partner
Andrew N. Krinsky is a founding Partner. Having practiced law since 1977, Mr. Krinsky has experience in virtually every aspect of business law. His expertise includes general corporate, commercial, real estate, employment litigation and all aspects of complex business disputes.

Mr. Krinsky’s accomplishments include the successful prosecution and defense of claims involving corporate governance, dissolution of business entities, contract disputes, discrimination claims, trademark infringement and other intellectual property issues, employment law and regulatory work.

Prior to founding Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Mr. Krinsky was a Partner at Stroock and Healy & Baillie, LLP.

Mr. Krinsky earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, where he was inducted in Phil Beta Kappa. He is active in numerous professional associations including the American, New York State, City and County Bar Associations and many of their committees. He has acted as court appointed arbitrator and has lectured for the New York State Bar Association CLE Program. He is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and numerous federal courts.
