Lisa M. McIntyre is an Associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP.
She advises clients on all aspects of qualified retirement and welfare plan matters including plan design, qualification and administration, plan termination, fiduciary responsibility, disclosure requirements, general ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance, government filing requirements and correction programs.
She represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and various state agencies.
She has successfully helped clients resolve retirement plan correction issues through the IRS’s Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System and EBSA’s Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McIntyre was an Associate in the New York office of an Am Law 100 firm.
