Linda Singer Roth - Counsel
 Linda Singer Roth is Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and, since 1984, has prosecuted and defended numerous matters involving claims for breach of contract, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and fraud. Although Ms. Roth often litigates in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey where she is admitted to practice, she is equally comfortable representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Ms. Roth was Senior Counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP where, for 15 years, she was a member of the litigation and intellectual property practice groups. After leaving Fulbright she spent four years managing her own general practice and joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in 2006.
Ms. Roth earned her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University.
