Gregory J. Skiff is an Law Clerk at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. He focuses on litigation in the areas of labor and employment, corporate and commercial law.
Since passing both the New York and New Jersey bar examinations, Mr. Skiff has worked in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. His involvement in these areas has ranged from pleading and motion practice to second chairing National Labor Relations Board hearings and civil court trials.
During his last semester of law school, Mr. Skiff clerked at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as an intern in the unique Clinical Semester Program of Nova Southeastern University. He worked in the Labor and Employment, Litigation and Corporate and Securities Practice Groups, handling such matters as sexual harassment, unjust discharge, breach of contract and business formation. He had previously clerked at law firms in Florida and New Jersey, where he assisted in litigation, real estate and estate matters.
Mr. Skiff is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
In college, Mr. Skiff was named to the 2004 All-American Scholar Wrestling Team.
