Alan M. Tarter - Managing Partner Alan M. Tarter, Managing Partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, has been instrumental in the strategic growth of the firm since its founding. Working with TKD’s partners, counsel and associates, he has led the firm’s development as a full-service law firm delivering practical, cost-effective representation to middle-market companies. Mr. Tarter represents a wide range of business clients, including financial institutions, mortgage banks and brokerage companies, title insurers, real estate owners and developers, accounting and other professional service firms, insurance brokerage companies, staffing and executive recruiting firms and wholesale distributors. He is highly experienced in corporate and real estate matters such as: Formation and structuring of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Tarter received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland. He is a member of the Bar of the States of New York and Connecticut and the District of Columbia, as well as a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on the Committee on Small Law Firm Management. He is actively involved in the Staffing Industry attending New York Staffing Association Board meetings as a designated Industry Partner.

Away from the office, Mr. Tarter enjoys golf, running and spending time with his wife and three boys.
