Jared Wachtler is a Associate in the Construction, Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP.  His practice focuses on drafting construction agreements for clients, drafting commercial and legal documents, and resolving complex construction- and design-related disputes.  He also works with other attorneys in the Construction and Real Estate practice Groups in negotiating and structuring real estate projects.   

Mr. Wachtler has worked in the firm’s Construction Practice Group since 2009, when he began working as a summer intern.  During his last year of law school, Mr. Wachtler was a clerk to the Honorable Judge Denis Hurley of the Eastern District of New York in Central Islip.
