Arthur Zagorsky - Partner
 Arthur Zagorsky is a Partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP and focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions.
Mr. Zagorsky’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, real estate leasing and acquisitions, sophisticated corporate and real estate financing, formation and structuring of entities, shareholder, operating and partnership agreements, employment and severance agreements, commercial contracts, licensing agreements and corporate governance. He represents a broad range of clients from individual entrepreneurs to start-up companies to publicly held companies.
Prior to joining TKD, Mr. Zagorsky was an associate at Healy & Baillie, LLP and Shack Siegel Katz Flaherty & Goodman PC, both of which merged with Blank Rome in 2006 and 2005 respectively.
Mr. Zagorsky earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law cum laude where he was an Administrative Editor of the International Law Journal, was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence and placed first in the ABA Negotiation Competition. Mr. Zagorsky graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and a M.A. degree in Economics from Boston University.
Mr. Zagorsky is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the New York Staffing Association, Westchester Chapter, and Executive Business Network Associates. He is fluent in Russian. He enjoys skiing, tennis and traveling.
