Second Circuit Issues Affirmation of Decision in Clients' Favor Relating to Allocation of Hague Tribunal Award

Second Circuit Court of Appeals recently unanimously affirmed the Eastern District's decision in favor of our client regarding the allocation of the proceeds of an award issued by the Iranian Claims Tribunal in Hague, Netherlands.
