Mr. Dougherty, formerly the principal of Dougherty &
Associates, practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation,
Real Estate Law and Employment & Labor Law and has
extensive experience in the areas of Academic Institutions, Religious Orders and other Not-for-Profits.
