TKD Client Receives $2 Million in Financing for The Glass Condominium Project

TKD Attorney Steve Troup represented client 88 Laight Street, LLC to close $2 million in additional financing to complete the The Glass Condominium project. This is an 8-unit glass curtain wall condo on Laight Street, just off West Street in Tribeca. A temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued and the Buildings Department has approved plans for joint living/ working quarters. Closings are scheduled to occur in early 2007.
