Meet our Newest Team Member

LINDA SINGER ROTH has recently been named Counsel and serves clients in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Linda focuses her practice on commercial litigation and, since 1984, has handled numerous matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, real estate, construction disputes, partnership disputes, computer law, product performance and products liability. Although Linda often litigates in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey where she is admitted to practice, she is equally comfortable representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitrations and mediations.

She also has significant experience negotiating assorted technology related contracts including software development, consulting, out-sourcing, license and support agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Linda served as senior counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP for 15 years, and was a solo practitioner for four years.
