EDWARD FARRELL has been named Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Services Practice Group.

Ed practices in all areas of real estate law, concentrating in real property transactions and institutional lending matters. As the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Mortgage Finance department, he represents large institutional lenders in commercial and residential mortgage loan transactions as well as purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. In addition, Ed represents commercial developers and individuals in a variety of transactions involving the acquisition and development of real property.

He also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving office and warehouse space, retail stores and restaurants.

Ed is the author of “Selling After Death of an Owner”, published in the New York Law Journal in 2005.
