TKD Represents Wholesale Distributor in Real Estate Transactions
TKD represented an wholesale distributor in a 15-year lease for a warehouse building and property. The building has approximately 30,000 square feet for warehouse, distribution and office space.
TKD also represented the company in its acquisition of a commercial condominium in Manhattan and in negotiating a long-term lease. Partners Alan Tarter and Arthur Zagorsky represented the distributor in these transactions.
