Mortgage Company Client Sells Retail, Wholesale Units
TKD represented a NYSE publicly traded mortgage company REIT in the sale of substantially all the assets of its wholesale lending origination business to a mortgage banker. The sale included an active wholesale mortgage loan pipeline and assignment of leases and other contracts. Partners Alan M. Tarter and Arthur Zagorsky worked closely with the company’s General Counsel and executives in closing this transaction.
