Peter Campitiello Joins TKD as Partner

We are pleased to announce that Peter Campitiello has joined the firm as a partner in our Corporate and Securities Practice Group. 

Mr. Campitiello, formerly a partner at Levy & Boonshoft, P.C., focuses on the representation of public companies in securities laws compliance, corporate governance and transactional matters, including “reverse merger” transactions, public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations and restructurings.  His clients include public and private companies, venture capital firms, investment banks and private investment funds.
