Our client, a Manhattan-based start-up film producer combining entertainment content and corporate marketing, raised $500,000 in a private placement of convertible debt and warrants on January 2, 2008.
Investors in the private placement included both institutions and high net worth individuals. Jim Smith, a partner in TKD’s Corporate & Securities Group, advised the client with respect to the offering and prepared the documents.
