Major Institutional Bank Appoints TKD as Closing Attorney

A major national institutional bank recently appointed TKD as the closing attorneys for two community development projects in the Bronx. This assignment will involve hundreds of condominium closings in 2008-09.

Moreover, TKD attorneys will participate in several seminars that the bank will hold to help buyers understand the closing process. Partner Ed Farrell is leading the team from TKD’s Mortgage Finance Group on this project.
