TKD Closes Loan in Utah Real Estate Deal
Tarter Krinsky & Drogin closed a secured loan as part of the purchase and development of 1,400 acres of land in Utah. TKD represented the lender, an offshore investment fund. The borrower is a Nevada-based real estate developer.
