TKD Offers Seminar on Labor and Employment Issues Facing Managing Agents
Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP will host a seminar for managing agents, Current Labor and Employment Issues Facing Managing Agents, on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. The one-hour program will inform managing agents about important trends in labor and employment law that can impact operations in their buildings and increase exposure to litigation.
The featured speakers will be Laurent S. Drogin and Richard L. Steer of TKD’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, and the moderators will be Steven Troup and Thomas Huszar of the Cooperative and Condominium Practice Group.
