TKD Client Acquires Investment Group
TKD client Action Products International, Inc. (NasdaqCM: APII), a Florida-based global manufacturer and distributor of educational children’s products, recently acquired BE Overseas Investment Group LLC. BE Overseas is a merchant bank and consulting company that helps clients grow their business and enter new U.S. and international markets.
TKD Partner James Smith and Counsel Thomas Huszar represented APII in the acquisition.
