Solar Park Initiatives, Inc., a Tarter Krinsky & Drogin client, recently went public by a reverse merger with Critical Digital Data, Inc., a publicly-owned company quoted on the Bulletin Board (CDIX.OB).
Solar Park, located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, intends to develop land in the United States and overseas for large utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects and then sell the electricity produced to various utilities.
Partner Peter Campitiello and Associate Melissa Morales of TKD’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group represented Solar Park in the transaction.
