On October 26 2005, TKD Partners, Alan Tarter and Richard Steer, presented a seminar to owners and senior managers of staffing companies on various Human Resource Risk Management practices. The program was sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the New York Staffing Association and was held in Westchester County, New York. As part of their presentation, Alan and Richard spoke about the value and enforceability of restrictive covenants as well as various employment related risks and how staffing companies can best insure against such risks.
