Giuliano Iannaccone, a Partner in Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s International and Corporate and Securities Practice Groups, will speak at Confindustria in Verona, Italy on November 15. His presentation, “Doing Business in the U.S.: Corporate, Tax and Legal Aspects,” will address corporate issues, commercial contracts, employment and real estate investments. Co-presenter Luigi Perin of Funaro & Co. will cover the tax aspects.
