	TKD Appointed to Represent GreenPoint Mortgageand Wachovia Mortgage


	TKD has been engaged to represent GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. and Wachovia Mortgage in wholesale and retail mortgage loan closings in New York. With the appointment, TKD's Mortgage Finance Department now represents 31 lending institutions in residential mortgage loan closings in New York State.
