Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP Relocates Its Headquarters

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP today announced that it is relocating its headquarters from 470 Park Avenue South to 1350 Broadway, Manhattan. The law firm which previously leased 9,200 square feet has increased their space to over 16,500 square feet.

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP established its New York office in 2001 with four attorneys. The office has now grown to include 19 attorneys and more than a dozen support professionals.

“The extraordinary growth we have experienced has been an exciting challenge for our firm,” stated Alan M. Tarter, a partner of the New York office. “This lease, including expansion options, is consistent with our business plan of increasing our New York office to 45 to 50 attorneys over the next 3-5 years. The growth will allow us to expand our already highly developed practice areas, further enhancing our full range of services to middle market companies in the New York metropolitan area.”

Paul Amrich of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Firm and negotiated the deal with W&H Properties, the landlord.
