Joann T. Palumbo will speak at 'Til Death Do You Part: Estate Planning for Spouses, a New York City Bar Association seminar to be given on April 29, 2008. The seminar, a continuing legal education program for attorneys, will cover basic strategies and current problem areas in representing a husband and wife in estate planning. Ms. Palumbo will address tax apportionment issues in wills and living trusts.

Ms. Palumbo, counsel in TKD’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, is a fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and an adjunct associate professor at Fordham University School of Law.
