We are pleased to announce that Melissa Bobe Morales has joined the firm as an Associate. She focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law.

Ms. Morales was previously an Associate in capital markets in the New York City office of McGuireWoods LLP and an Associate in public finance in the New York City office of Nixon Peabody LLP. She is experienced in general corporate matters, as well as a wide range of loan transactions and municipal financings.
