Alan M. Tarter, managing partner of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, recently spoke at a New York Staffing Association seminar: “Succession Planning for Your Business – What you need to know today for a better tomorrow.”
Mr. Tarter was joined on a panel by Jack Lyons, president of Lyons Solutions, LLC, an investment banking and exit planning firm, and Nick Florio, a partner in Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP, certified public accountants. David Kornreich of Loveman, Kornreich Co., Inc., insurance brokers, moderated the panel.

This seminar focused on how to position a staffing company for a smooth transition, covering key topics such as creating a long-range succession plan, the necessity of a contingency plan, family succession issues, how to benefit key employees, and what to expect when selling a business.
