William W. Weisner and Eric Zipkowitz have joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP as Partners in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. They focus their practice on commercial real estate and also work with our Banking and Finance and Construction Practice Groups.

Mr. Weisner represents lenders, developers, investors, landlords and tenants, as well as not-for-profit entities. He handles financings, workouts and restructurings, leases, partnerships and joint ventures, and development projects nationwide. His broad lending experience covers complex construction, term and mezzanine loans, syndications and purchases of co-lending interests, and loan participations. In every aspect of his practice, Mr. Weisner focuses on designing creative yet practical and efficient solutions to real estate issues and client needs. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, he was a Partner with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP.

Mr. Zipkowitz represents developers, not-for-profit entities and corporate clients in the acquisition, financing, construction and development of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. Much of his practice involves the representation of owners and developers in large-scale construction projects and sophisticated financing transactions. Mr. Zipkowitz is recognized for his extensive experience in drafting and negotiating architect’s, contractor’s and other construction-related contracts, and is often called upon to help in the non-judicial resolution of construction disputes. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, he was a partner with Wachtel & Masyr, LLP.
