William W. Weisner, a Partner in Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s Real Estate, Construction, and Banking and Finance Practice Groups, will speak at a conference on “The Financing of New Construction Projects” on Tuesday, February 8.
This conference, sponsored by the Building Trades Employers’ Association, will bring together developers, lenders, brokers, lawyers and representatives of construction trade associations to discuss their experiences, observations and expectations for obtaining the best development deals in today’s challenging market. Panelists will present case studies on the financial aspects of recent deals, provide strategic advice on the best economic conditions for development and how to manage risk, and outline new opportunities for developers to access capital.
The conference is designed for developers, management companies, lenders and equity providers, as well as private, public and institutional real estate owners. It will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m. in the McGraw-Hill Auditorium, 1221 Avenue of the Americas at 49th Street.
