Our Services
The firm’s Mortgage Finance Practice Group is a leader in representing institutional lenders in residential mortgage financing transactions. This area of the firm is supported by our Real Estate Practice Group, particularly in resolving title-related issues. We also represent several mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers in regulatory matters.
Our mortgage finance team is exceptionally responsive to clients’ needs. We facilitate the closing process and complete transactions quickly and seamlessly. TKD attorneys and paralegals are available to close transactions in our Manhattan office or in our satellite offices in Westchester County and Nassau County and often travel to locations in the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester County and Long Island.
