Our Services
TKD’s Real Estate Practice Group represents owners, institutional and private lenders, developers and property managers in a wide range of transactions and operations involving office, residential, industrial and retail properties, including regional shopping centers.
Finance and Restructuring
We understand that the success of a transaction often hinges on its financing. From conventional mortgages to more complex lending, such as convertible loans, participating loan and sale-leasebacks, our attorneys bring a depth of experience to every real estate deal they handle.
Development
Our practice group is actively involved in real estate development in New York City and throughout the Tri-State region. We assist clients with all aspects of project development, including assemblage, financing, construction, partnership and joint venture arrangements, and the negotiation of agreements with project architects, managers and contractors.
Asset Management
We are highly experienced in handling property leasing and management matters, including the representation of owners/managers in connection with office space, retail and warehouse leases. We frequently represent both public and privately held companies in negotiating office space leases.
