Our Services

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s International Practice Group is a multidisciplinary team of lawyers who draw on their diverse skills and hands-on international experience to serve the needs of both U.S. and non-U.S. clients, ranging from individuals and small companies to multinational corporations and banks.

Representation of Italian Clients

We have represented a significant number of businesses and individuals based in Italy, as well as the U.S. subsidiaries of Italian companies. Giuliano Iannaccone leads the firm’s practice with Italian clients, providing them with legal advice and services in both English and Italian and often acting as outside general counsel for their U.S. subsidiaries. He also assists U.S. companies interested in doing business in Italy.

Mr. Iannaccone represents companies in a variety of industries, including furniture, fashion, jewelry, toys, architecture and design, food and beverage, and kitchenware.  His practice is wide-ranging, focusing on such areas as:
