With a multitude of experience in essential practice areas and an entrepreneurial mindset, Steve advises healthcare, medical and pharmacy industry clients on all aspects of their transactional, regulatory and litigation needs with a keen understanding of their overall growth strategy. Steve also strategizes with clients on merger and acquisition opportunities and assists with the structure, purchase and sale of pharmacy and medical-related practices and businesses.
With a solid foundation of regulatory requirements, Steve is adept in advising clients on the requisite compliance steps to properly minimize risk and maximize revenue. In the event that a dispute arises, he is a skilled commercial litigator who regularly handles matters related to medical license defense, fraud investigations, STARK and anti-kickback laws, breach of contract, federal and state criminal investigations, civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), professional negligence, construction and commercial lease disputes, and other complex commercial litigation matters.
