Tuvia Rotberg is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. A registered patent attorney, he assists clients in protecting and maximizing their intellectual property assets. In particular, Tuvia concentrates on patent prosecution, where he has a strong record of obtaining favorable results for clients.

Patent Prosecution

Utilizing his background in biotechnology and life sciences, Tuvia has obtained patents in a diverse range of technologies including diagnostics, therapies, and scientific and medical devices. He also represents clients in the personal care and consumer products industries.

Trademark Prosecution

Tuvia advises clients regarding trademark clearance and filing and prosecuting trademark applications. He also represents clients in proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  

Amazon and E-Commerce

Tuvia regularly counsels third-party sellers on Amazon with respect to intellectual property issues that arise on the Amazon platform. He also has experience navigating Amazon’s intellectual property procedures and representing clients in Patent Neutral Evaluations.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky and Drogin, Tuvia worked at a boutique intellectual property law firm in New York.
