Utilizing his background in biotechnology and life sciences, Tuvia has obtained patents in a diverse range of technologies including diagnostics, therapies, and scientific and medical devices. He also represents clients in the personal care and consumer products industries.
Tuvia advises clients regarding trademark clearance and filing and prosecuting trademark applications. He also represents clients in proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
