The Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums and the New York City Bar Association Co-op/Condo Residential Dispute Resolution Program present:
Effectively Resolve Your Coop/Condo Disputes – The Mediation Solution
Trial and appellate court cases between owners and residents can be expensive and time-consuming and often lead to results that are unsatisfactory to all sides. Mediation is an informal, voluntary approach to settling coop and condo disputes. Neutral mediators trained and experienced in resolving disputes between owners, renters, boards, managing agents, contractors and others.
The City Bar's Coop/Condo Residential Dispute Mediation Roster consists of a panel of neutral mediators who have received special training and have years of experience in facilitating the settlement of disputes through mediation.
