Immigration partner Roxanne Levine was quoted in a New York Times article titled, "Without New Laws or Walls, Trump Presses the Brake on Legal Immigration,” which explores the implications of the tightening of U.S. immigration policies under the Trump administration, particularly with respect to requests for evidence in the L-1 and H-1B visa programs. In the article, Roxanne addresses companies receiving requests for evidence (R.F.E.) when petitioning for H-1B visas for international talent.
