The Firm’s Immigration Practice represents corporations and individuals regarding nonimmigrant and immigrant visa issues, as well as family-based immigration and complex citizenship matters. The team’s experience encompasses all aspects of leasing and asset management, finance and restructuring, and development and investment. The Labor and Employment Practice counsels clients on all aspects of employment law, from prevention and compliance to dispute resolution. The team focuses on risk management and compliance and is experienced in defending employment-related claims in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies throughout the United States. Additionally, the team has significant experience representing employers in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

The Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group handles all manners of commercial disputes for clients, ranging from large corporations and financial institutions to individuals with substantial disputes requiring sophisticated advocacy. The team routinely appears and litigates in the Supreme Court – Commercial Division, which handles complicated commercial cases, as well as other federal and New York State trial and appellate courts. The team is ranked Tier 1 in the New York City metropolitan area.

As part of the Firm’s broader Trusts and Estates Practice, the Elder Law Group creates strategies that are essential to ensuring holistic legal, financial, and well-being protection for clients. The team focuses on preparing and implementing appropriate plans for elderly clients, including traditional estate planning, planning for incapacity, Medicaid planning, tax planning, and guardianship.
